We deliver to over 165 countries worldwide within 1–10 business days, ensuring your Narrated Home piece arrives safely and beautifully.

  • UK Orders: Delivered within 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: Delivered within 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary during promotions, holidays, or due to customs processing.

All large or fragile deliveries (such as mirrors, furniture, or chandeliers) will be delivered to ground floor level only.

If you require additional assistance, please contact customerservices@narratedhome.com before placing your order.

If all items are in stock, we aim to process your order within 24 hours.

You’ll be contacted by our courier with your delivery date and tracking link shortly after dispatch.

UK Mainland Deliveries

  • UK Standard Delivery (tracked)

  • UK Manned Delivery - Private Courier / Pallet
  • 7–10 working days
  • Calculated at checkout

  • Deliveries can be made to your door or left in a safe place without signature.
  • Larger items may arrive on a pallet via kerbside delivery.
  • For special delivery requests, contact customerservices@narratedhome.com before ordering.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands

International Deliveries

  • Select your country using the flag icon at the top right corner of the website.
  • We also ship to UK-based forwarding companies for overseas customers.
  • Please note that customs duties or local taxes are not included in our shipping prices.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Simply click the link to follow your delivery’s progress.

For security reasons, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Some items may be restricted for shipping to certain countries due to local regulations.

If a product cannot be shipped to your location, it will not appear as available at checkout.

returns

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Made-to-order and personalised pieces are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage (unless the item is faulty).

1.     Email customerservices@narratedhome.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for return

2.    Repackage your item safely and securely.

3.    Use a tracked and insured courier service and keep proof of postage.

4.    Once received and approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email customerservices@narratedhome.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damage or fault
  • A brief description

Please do not attempt to repair, assemble, or dispose of the item or packaging.

Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all return shipping costs.

Original artworks may be returned within 14 days.

Please contact Customer Services for the correct return address — do not send artwork to the standard returns location.

Made-to-order wall art and prints are non-returnable.

Please inspect all lighting pieces carefully before installation.

If you notice any fault or damage:

  • Do not install.
  • Contact customerservices@narratedhome.com immediately.

We’ll arrange a replacement and cover return delivery costs.

  • Returns must be unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.
  • Narrated Home cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit — we recommend tracked, insured postage.
  • Refunds for gift card purchases will be reissued to the original gift card.
  • Excessive or suspicious return activity may result in account review.

If you’d like to exchange your item for an alternative piece, we’re happy to
help — provided the item is in stock.
