At present our collection is primarily online, but we have plans (and will announce in advance) for pop-up experiences, showrooms or private viewing events — stay tuned via our newsletter for updates.
Simply browse the collection on our site, add items to your basket, then check out using your preferred payment method. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll process and dispatch it — you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details.
Because we move quickly to dispatch to ensure premium service, changes or cancellations may only be possible within a short window after the order is placed. If you need to amend something, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
We accept most major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
When shipping internationally, duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations. These are typically the customer’s responsibility. Our checkout will estimate shipping, but customs charges must be checked locally.
We ship across the UK and select international destinations. Orders are typically processed within 1 - 10 business days, and shipping can vary depending on the item size, destination and any customs duties. If you’re ordering from outside the UK and want a bespoke shipping quote, just get in touch.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email customerservices@narratedhome.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage or fault
- A brief description
Please do not attempt to repair, assemble, or dispose of the item or packaging.
Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all return shipping costs.
We can arrange international shipping for many items, but for large-scale items or fragile objects there may be additional customs/import constraints or higher freight costs. If in doubt, contact us at customerservices@narratedhome.com with item details and your address, and we’ll provide guidance.
