You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return it — simply email customerservices@narratedhome.com with your order number. Once you've told us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted..
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid excess moisture or harsh cleaners. To preserve the wood’s lustre, treat occasionally with a natural wood oil.
