4. DELIVERY

22.  If products are returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we shall refund the product price less delivery costs and any additional costs charged by the courier for returning the goods.

23.  If the products delivered are damaged or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery. We cannot accept liability unless you notify us within this timeframe.

24.  For security purposes, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. All deliveries require a signature.

5. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

5.1 Your Right to Cancel

26.  To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt. You can notify us by contacting our customer service team.

27.  Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

5.2 Return Conditions

28.  Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all tags attached, in the original packaging.

29.  Returns that are damaged, used or returned without original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

30.  You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.

31.  We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

5.3 Refunds

32.  Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

33.  Refunds will be for the product price only. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.

34.  We may make a deduction from the refund for any diminished value of the items resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

5.4 Faulty or Damaged Items

35.  If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for collection or replacement at no cost to you.

6. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND DISCOUNTS

37.  Promotional codes are unique to the recipient and are not transferable. Each code has no monetary value and cannot be converted into currency.

38.  Each promotional code has an expiry date which cannot be modified. Codes must be used within the specified validity period.

39.  Unless otherwise specified, promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and cannot be applied to sale items.

40.  When an order using a promotional code contains multiple items, the discount value is spread across each item proportionately. Any refund will be reduced by the discount applied to that item.

41.  We reserve the right to refuse promotional codes that are defective, expired, or obtained through unauthorised channels.
