The recommended oil for all Narrated Home oil lamps. Burns smoke-free and odourless — indoors and outdoors. Everything the lamp needs to do what it does best.

A lamp is only as good as what burns inside it.

This is the paraffine oil recommended for use with the Candlestick and Windshelter Disc oil lamps. It burns smoke-free and odourless — no interference with food at a dining table, no residue on indoor surfaces, no drift of scent across a terrace setting. Simply clean, steady light for as long as the lamp holds it.

The 0.5 litre bottle is the right starting point for a new lamp — enough to establish a rhythm of use before considering a larger volume. Use the Oil Lamp Filling Funnel for a clean, spill-free refill every time.

The lamps in this range are designed to burn well and look considered doing it. This oil is what makes that possible. We stock it at Narrated Home because a lamp without the right fuel is an incomplete object — and because we would rather you have everything you need in one place than search for it elsewhere. Clean light, maintained simply. That is the intention.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for a refund. You may contact us should you have any questions.

Please note all original delivery charges are non-refundable and return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.

All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.

Store upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use near an open flame when refilling. Always use the filling funnel to avoid spillage. Dispose of responsibly in accordance with local regulations.
